Grant Johnson, B.A. Economics , Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Esports Entertainment Group. Mr. Johnson is a business development professional with extensive experience, starting his career in the financial services industry. Grant was a pioneer in the online gambling space starting in 1996, and has been an officer and director of several publicly traded companies in the gaming and consumer products industries.
He is the founder of Esports Entertainment Group (formerly Vgambling) and has been the CEO and Chairman since formation in 2015. In April of 2020 Grant led the company through an IPO on the NASDAQ during precarious conditions in the financial markets and weathering the beginning of the global COVID19 pandemic. More recently Grant led his ever-expanding team through the closing of a $30 million dollar direct offering round. Esports Entertainment Group trades under the symbol GMBL (NASDAQ: GMBL).

ROBERT HELLER
CEO, Spectrum Gaming Capital
Robert Heller is co-founder and CEO of Spectrum Gaming Capital (“SGC”), a boutique advisory firm that provides transactional, advisory, and valuation services exclusively to the global gaming, resort and related sectors including Lottery, Sports Betting and Esports. SGC assists developers and early stage companies in arranging strategic partnerships and raising capital; mid-market and technology/digital companies with M&A and capital raising; and investors, governments, corporations and courts in matters of valuation, restructuring and providing expert witness testimony. Heller is also a founding partner of Spectrum Gaming Sports Group and of Spectrum Esports Advisors.
Heller joined SGC from UBS Investment Bank where he was responsible for coordinating the bank’s gaming franchise globally. Previously, he was president of Heller Gaming & Leisure, a boutique investment banking and advisory firm specializing in casinos, hotels and resort development and finance, and restructurings, operating since 2003. Prior to that, Heller spent 23 years in investment banking, having established and managed teams specializing in gaming, lodging and leisure as a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns, and at Salomon Brothers.
As part of his efforts at Heller Gaming & Leisure, from 2004 to 2006, Heller was founding President and CFO of Bahamar Resorts, Ltd., owner of the Cable Beach Resort in Nassau, Bahamas, a 2,000 room, three-hotel, golf resort complex with the Caribbean’s second largest casino. Bahamar evolved into a $4bn redevelopment project of a 1,000-acre assemblage that opened in 2017. Heller coordinated the Bahamar project at its onset including land assemblage, hotel acquisitions, operations, strategy (including gaming, hospitality, recreation and timeshare), government negotiations, pre-development, arranged joint ventures, and raised almost $500 million in initial financings.
Heller is a graduate of the City University of New York and began his career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse & Company. He is a frequent speaker at global industry events and has made presentations at gaming, lottery, sports and Esports industry conferences throughout North and South America and in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Heller is a former board member of London Exchange listed Dolphin Capital Investors where he chaired the Finance Committee and sat on the Audit Committee. He was also a director of the American Gaming Association; and has lectured at the NYU Real Estate Institute and at the Cornell Hotel School.

ADAM MORRISON
Co-Founder & General Manager, Oxygen Esports
A seasoned executive, engineer, and subject matter expert on all things esports and entertainment related. Throughout the past 10 years, Adam Morrison has served as CTO and COO for various technology based companies whose focuses have ranged from gaming to wagering to large scale event execution. A life long avid gamer and enthusiast, Adam previously served as CTO for Millennial Esports Corp. TSX-V: GAME (now Engine Media) and is also an initial team member of its predecessor, Pro Gaming League. Adam played a pivotal role in bringing Millennial public in 2016, becoming the first publicly traded esports company in North America. In the recent past, Mr. Morrison has played critical roles in the design and build out of the Millennial Studio and Arena in downtown Las Vegas, the design and production of several digital software assets and platforms, and even served as executive producer for several AAA live broadcast events in partnership with Microsoft, Amazon, EA, and Twitch. In addition to the above, Mr. Morrison also has a well cultivated network of publisher relationships that stem from his involvement as the co-founder and former CEO for the pro esports organization, Team Reciprocity and current co-founder and GM of the largest, multi-title esports team in New England, Oxygen Esports (OXG).
Mr. Morrison holds an honors degree in Systems and Computer Engineering and enjoys playing a hands on role in whatever undertaking he is engaging in whether it be product, business, or program development.
